For more than three decades I have worked with organisations that need to become more effective without becoming less human.
I have built and led businesses myself, while helping executives and management teams rethink how organisations are designed, managed and changed.
My work sits at the intersection of Strategy, Organisation Design, Change, Management, Leadership and Teams - not as separate disciplines, but as parts of a single organisational system.
Leadership is important - although I believe that organisational performance is rarely solved by better leadership alone. Sustainable improvement comes from aligning strategy with structure, clarifying managerial work, strengthening organisational capability, and building teams that can adapt in complex environments.
Through consulting, facilitation and executive development, I help organisations translate strategy into coordinated action; design organisations that support performance; build practical management capability; lead change without losing organisational health; develop leaders and teams that thrive under pressure.
My writing explores organisational effectiveness from a practitioner's perspective. Rather than offering quick answers, I try to provide frameworks, questions and practical tools that help managers make better organisational decisions.
At WorldsView Academy, we work with organisations of approximately 100–2,000 employees to help them become effective in a healthy way through Strategy, Organisation Design, Change, Management, Leadership and Team Development.
